I'll agree with you it is really high but again i dont have the money to redo the gears. plus i havent had any problems turning over 31's and i still get decent gas milage.

LOL my s10 with the 3.42s ond the 31x10.50x15 procomp eXtreme "aggressive all terain tires)

would turn them.. over and over and over till white smoke poured lol..
but in the long run got like 12mpg.. IF..

my V8 i drove today 40 miles.. used 1/8th tank gas..

my 91 4x4 woulda used close to half tank

I dont know why but i still get at least 16 to 18mpg most of the time.
